As a bit of a follow-up to my cooking steak in the home, I’ve also been cooking salmon. This is very big for me.
Aesthetics-wise, though, salmon everywhere is inspiring:
Regarding the cooking of it all, my sister kindly reminded me of a little known hack called the oven. This route of salmon prep contains the smell and makes cleanup very simple. A thrill.
I’ve made two recipes so far and both have been major hits.
When I eat salmon, I imagine the omega fatty acids filling my form, making me indestructible.
My body is impervious to cholesterol and is coated with strong skin and hair that shines on the dullest of days.
