How’s everyones November going?
I spent the week trying to figure out health insurance so there’s been some tailspin. In more grounding news though, I’ve discovered Marvel and I’m watching the movies in timeline order. I’d been ignoring them for the longest time, assuming that they were bad and I wasn’t missing out. I’ve been humbled. I drew this week’s comic while watching The Avengers so I’m up to Thor: The Dark World and I cannot wait for Iron Man 3. I love Black Widow and I love Tony Stark. Truly the surprise of my year.
My other big realization is that it’s nice to have halloween candy (the snack variety packs) around the home. Year-round. Something fun to look forward to at the end of a long day.
My candy ranking:
*note: starbursts are always in the mix as a palette cleanser to break up the chocolate—all flavors aside from cherry.
Milky Way: my favorite as a kid and it’s really held up.
Milky Way Simply Caramel: like Marvel, I always wrote off caramel on its own. Turns out I love it.
Three Musketeers: I only like it in snack size.
Twizzlers pull n’ peel (in theory): I haven’t seen any snack packs that have minis and I’m not ready to commit to a regular (what looks like 36 ropes) pack at the moment. I know what will happen (nausea).

And now, a candy comic:
It was still in its wrapper!
If it was still in the wrapper it doesn't even count as eating out of the trash.... Right???
